GT77 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider before depositing. GT77 is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment providers.
Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. GT77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from an account that does not match your registered name, it may be reversed and your account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests from verified GT77 accounts are processed within 10 minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your name.
Before your first withdrawal, GT77 requires identity verification. You will be asked to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of your payment method. GT77 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out here.
Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement on GT77 bonuses is 20x the bonus amount, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. For example, a ৳500 bonus requires ৳10,000 in total wagers before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or using strategies designed to exploit bonus terms — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds, including real money balances.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including server errors, disconnections, or display errors — GT77 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account.
